VibrationsViaVirgo is not responsible for items lost in the mail. Once the item has been shipped out, it is in the hands of the postal carrier. Any issues that arise can be sorted out with the buyer and the postal carrier. Our staff is happy and willing to supply the necessary forms needed to resolve the issue.
VibrationsViaVirgo is not responsible for incorrect addresses supplied by buyers. If the item has already been shipped out, no refund will be permitted.
